This is a thought labelling meditation, which you could use when your mind feels like it’s running at 100 miles an hour or when you have unpleasant thoughts that keep coming into your head again and again.
Mindfulness isn’t for everyone, so we recommend; listening to it before you try it and being in a space you feel safe and comfortable and stop if you don’t like it.
