Thank you for all you have taught me throughout our time working together. Thanks for your ongoing patience, guidance, and reassurance. You have taught me the importance of the embodiment process and why the mind-body connection is required to process and feel things.

Thank you for teaching me mindfulness techniques and assisting in filling my personal toolbox with items and skills needed to navigate life and get through my hard and low times.

I owe my life to you and the YWHP’s continued support, safety and intervention; you have helped me to survive and thrive!

I have a new found love for myself, growing in confidence, independence and a voice that I was scared to use before; plus the ability to be boundaried and have boundaries.

Thanks for assisting me to self-reflect and process my emotions and trauma; this has enabled me to see myself and life in a better light.

I weirdly and finally feel hopeful for the future and feel that I can maybe deal with what life brings. I know I still have a long way to go, but now see that life and recovery is not a linear journey. I have hope that I am well-equipped to deal with life and it’s peaks and valleys.
